Worked with the client to set up a fully integrated online clinic, including booking and payment systems, brand identity and website design.

How it came together

  1. A brand and a booking flow

    Delivered a cohesive logo and collateral design, on-brand social media content and a kiosk-mode booking flow.

  2. Email and membership

    Configured email marketing with custom templates and developed the initial membership platform with user accounts in WordPress.

  3. From wireframes to Webflow

    Designed wireframes and built a responsive, user-friendly website in Webflow, aligning all touchpoints with the brand's vision.

  4. A rebrand in the middle of the build

    The project involved reworking the brand identity mid-development due to evolving regulatory requirements.

    I initially designed the website around the first identity, then reshaped both the branding and the website to align with the final compliance standards while maintaining design consistency.

One online clinic where brand, booking, payments, email and membership work together, aligned with the final compliance standards.
